PostSubject: Flash upgrade   Flash upgrade EmptyFri Dec 12, 2014 6:16 pm

I just accepted an upgrade for flash and now You tube will not work. I've tried a few things but can't seem to get it to work. The upgrade came from Mozilla.

Anyone else had this problem?

Okay,... I "reset" my browzer, deleted Flash and all of its family, deleted Lightspark and its plugins and everthing else extra that I had added for video playback, confirmed I had the most recent Firefox then downloaded Flash again, when asked for a  plugin, insalled Lightspark and nothing else and all seems well again.

The only thing I reinstalled after a browzer reset was my search engine list. I did not reinstall the download helper or any other addons that may have caused the conflict.

Thanks for the follow up, findoctr. I've had several similar occurrences following "upgrades", both from Mozilla and Adobe (and microsoft, and ...), not always with such good eventual outcomes. Sad
