Pretty neat! Wonder if it will work anywhere, or just where the right ores are in the right concentrations?

Well if they make it for certain minerals in the ground that could greatly reduce your travel area, and their sales area.

I would imagine the pavement would be made of them. This is not a new idea as I remember articles in the 60s Popular Science about similar concepts only now computers make it a little more believable.

Will take awhile to make them viable in rural areas then, where paved roads aren't the norm.

I wonder how well they would work over the pothole ridden roads around here.
