OpenSuse.us down for good

I know a few other members here were also members on the opensuse.us forum that Crouse started. He's decided to take it down and redirect the url to his main forum www.usalug.org due to two things, moving to new servers and low usage since the official forum opened.

It is hard to compete with the Official Forum for members. They had a good forum at OpenSuse.us, sad to see it be closed down

We have gotten very thin here at SUSEunbound recently as well but that is ok. There are several good people that still stop by out of their busy days. I noticed that it looks like we lost our Archive site. Not unexpected, this electronic stuff is fairly ephemeral.

If any of the old regulars at OpenSuse.us are interested in stopping by they are welcome.

Yup, sad indeed. But I guess that's what at least some of the people who pushed the "unification" would have been hoping for.

Too bad about the archive site. Do we need to change anything in some of the stickies?
