There may be dark days ahead for Linux on UEFI enabled computers. Even though the major distro's seem to have made some provisions for this "improvement", there are a lot of notes about unsuccessful installation attempts. It will be a while before all the bugs are worked out.

This is another one of those subjects that I haven't been able to keep up on. I wonder if anyone has installed linux on a surface yet.
