Battery Backup UPS, Linux friendly Empty

During an IRC conversation the other night, a fellow user was bragging on CyberPower because they are linux friendly. They provide .deb, .rpm, and .tars. Think he said source was also available. I've never used their products, so no idea how good they actually are. Just another linux friendly company to keep in mind.

Thanks for the information BD.

On a parallel note I had another UPS fail earlier this spring. Previously it was cheaper to replace than buy new batteries. I however found this supplier that had good prices. I ordered 6 batteries and repaired several older UPS I had sitting in storage. I now have my TV and all computer stuff like ADSL modem on UPS.
